CRUSTY WASABI TUNA STEAKS
  
  • A sweet and crunchy recipe

    NOW TO THE KITCHEN…
Ingredients
  • 1 lb tuna steak
  • ½ cup crushed wasabi peas
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • ½ lb mango salsa
       
Directions
  • Beat the egg
  • Dip the tuna in the egg mixture, then roll the steak in wasabi pea crumbs.
  • Let set for 5 minutes.
  • Sear in a hot pan with vegetable oil about 2 minutes per side for rare tuna.
  • Serve with mango salsa on the side.
