Whole Poached Salmon Sized to order From 5 pounds to 15 pounds, we can poach an Atlantic Salmon of your choice. Fully garnished, custom decorated (it will look too good to eat). Comes with your choice of Dill or Mustard sauce or both! An 8 pound salmon will serve 20 to 25 people as an appetizer or 10 to 12 people as a main course.
