LITTLE HISTORY

Here at Dirk's Fish, I have taken my 34
years of experience in the fish and seafood business and expanded and enhanced the
tradition of great products and dedicated personal
service.
My wife, Terry has added her expertise in cooking and recipe development to the shop for even more ready to go choices and simple tasty recipres for you to try at home.
I can personally guarantee every one of your
purchases from my store. My multiple sources
and years of experience assure me of getting the very best quality and
variety of fish and seafood possible for you.

We're still here and going strong!
As
we go into our fifth year, all of us here at
Dirk's want
to extend our thanks and appreciation to
all of our customers,
old and new. We certainly could not do it without
you! Our customers make our day - every day -
and we hope we can make yours too. We have had
a
successful
first year with many accolades, including "Best
Fish Shop in Chicago" from
Chicago Magazine.
We have been featured in the paper, on T.V., and
even on the radio with Dean Richards. None of this
would have been possible without you, our loyal
customers. Thanks again and we look foreword to
seeing you at the shop.
