 Spicy Thai Butter
 
  • Terry's butter is spicy with a kick and we love it on grilled oysters! Other uses include pan sauteed halibut or snapper, sea scallops or shrimp.
Ingredients
  • 2 tablespoons thai green curry paste
  • 1 tablespoon fresh garlic, chopped
  • 2 teaspoons lime juice
  • 2 teaspoons lime zest
  • 2 teaspoons kosher salt
  • 1 jalapeno pepper (about 3 inches)
  • 4 ounces unsalted butter, softened

       
Directions
  • Combine all ingredients except butter in processor until finely chopped. Add butter, process until smooth. Chill until ready to use.
