Spicy Mango Sauce
|
|
- You will find many uses for this wonderful fresh sauce. We use it in our pumpkin soup, on top ofgrilled fish (even chicken) and for a dipping sauce for panko fried walleye and shrimp or tuna potstickers.
- Use the sweetest mangos you can find. The small yellow Manilla mangos are our favorite!
- You can make this sauce ahead of time a keep it for up to a week in the refrigerator.

Ingredients
|
- 4 large mango or 6 small mangos, skinned and sliced
- 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
- 1/4 cup red onion, chopped
- 6 fresh garlic cloves
- 3 teaspoons Sriracha korean hot sauce
- 1/2 cup canola oil
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt

Directions
|
- Add all ingredient together in blender or food processor, mix until smooth.
