 Roasted Garlic Herb Butter
 
  • Another butter with many uses, this was created for grilled oysters. Try it with bruschetta and fresh garden tomatoes.
Ingredients
  • !/2 cup fresh garlic cloves
  • pinch of salt, drizzle of extra virgin olive oil
  • 4 ounces unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 tablespoon fresh oregano
  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

       
Directions
  • Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Coat garlic cloves with olive oil and pinch of salt, place on baking pan. Roast 10 to 15 minutes until golden, remove from pan.
  • Put all ingredients into food processor, process until soft and creamy. Chill until ready to use.
