  Guava Balsamic Vinaigrette
 
  • Terry is famous for whipping up salad dressings on the spot. I wish I could write down all the different ones she's created. This one goes great with our Guava Balsamic Glaze/BBQ Sauce.
  • Plate some arugula or spicy mesclun, drizzle with this dressing, top with your favorite guava glazed fish or seafood.
Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1/4 cup guava jam (Margie's is our favorite)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh garlic, chopped
  • 2 teaspoons kosher salt
Directions
  • In food processor or blender combine vinegar, jam, garlic and salt. Slowly stream in olive oil.
  • This is enough dressing to top a large salad
