Ginger Salad Dressing

 
  • This is one of our top favorites, both as a dressing or a marinade.
  • Great as a dipping sauce for eggrolls and potstickers too.
Ingredients
  • 3/4 cup fresh ginger, minced
  • 1/2 cup salad oil
  • 1/2 cup rice vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons fresh garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • salt, pepper, and sugar to taste

       
Directions
  • Add all ingredients together in a food processor and blend throughly.
