 Ginger Garlic Butter
 
  • Another Terry-fic butter with many applications. Try it on grilled oysters, scallops, or even corn.
Ingredients
  • 2 tablespoons fresh garlic, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh ginger, peeled and finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Mae Ploy (sweet chili sauce)
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 4 ounces unsalted butter, softened

       
Directions
  • Combine all ingredients except butter, process until smooth. Add butter, process until smooth.
