  Garlic Aoli
 
  • This is a must for many of our favorite dishes, plus it makes a great dip for all kinds of vegetables. Try it on french fries too!
  • Make this ahead of time and keep this in the refrigerator for 2 to 3 days.

Ingredients
  • 4 large eggs yolks
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons fresh garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 cup canola oil
  • 3/4 cup extra virgin olive oil

       
Directions
  • Combine eggs, garlic, and salt in food processor, combine about 20 seconds. Slowly, drizzle in oil while food processor is running until thickened.
