*Cancellation Policy*
All reservations need to be held by a credit card deposit.
We provide an ample tasting of all our recipes.
In order to do this, we need an accurate count of all students.
2 day cancellation notice is required.
If you haven't canceled within two days of the class that you've scheduled,
your credit card will be charged for the full price of the class.
No exceptions!
If you can't attend, send one of your friends, they will love it!
Private group classes require a $100.00 non refundable deposit.
These classes have a one week cancellation policy.
We need to know at least 7 days prior to canceling or changing these events.
Minimum of 10 people needed for a class. If we have less than 10 we will reschedule.

In this hands on class, Dirk will talk about sushi and guide you thru the techniques of making five maki rolls and two nigiri.
Start with a bowl of our miso soup and fresh ginger tuna salad.
Bring a bottle of wine, a friend and your appetite.
You will have to eat what you roll and roll what you eat!
