JUNE CLASSES
Join us for our first grill class of the summer season. We’ve come up with some great easy casual summer recipes for the grill that are sure to taste amazing and impress your friends. Terry has incorporated some tasty twists on these classic grill recipes which would be outstanding for a family dinner or to entertain your guests at the weekend BBQ.
Zesty Tako Tacos:
A savory Latin marinated octopus with red cabbage and avocado cream served with fresh pico de gallo.
Mediterranean Trout Burger:
Herbed rainbow trout with home made tzatziki sauce, pickled onions, and arugula on a grilled pita.
Asian Rockin’ Rock Shrimp Wrap:
Togarashi seasoned grilled rock shrimp with crispy Asian slaw and creamy avocados.
Cobia Sliders:
A seasoned blend of cobia makes a great mini burger and goes to the next level when we add herbed goat cheese and Terry’s jalapeño/ tomato chutney. Stand back White Castle!

Right in our own backyard lays one of the great wonders of the world, freshwater inland seas, called the Great Lakes. These lakes hold more than 20% of the world’s fresh water and are home to many different types of “local” and sustainable fish. Tonight’s dinner is a celebration of these fish, incorporated into our original recipes as a sumptuous feast for your taste buds.
