 Chive Oil
 
  • Great drizzled over your favorite salad, fresh tomatoes or grilled seafood
Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup fresh chives
  • 1/2 extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons kosher salt

       
Directions
  • Put chives in food processor, chop finely. Add remaining ingredients, combine well.
  • For grilled lobster drizzle chive oil on plate and set lobster on top.
